Truck repair and service

Scheduled Maintenance

We carry out all maintenance repairs to industry standards and provide all services including:

A service:

When your vehicle is due for service by time and not by Km’s we perform a thorough inspection and report. Grease all lube points and  top up fluids. 

B service:

Includes preventative engine oil + filter change including Fuel filters, ad-blue filter*, air drier assemblies*, pollen filter* replacement a through inspection and report. Grease all lube points, top up all fluids, windscreen wash. (*if applicable).

 C Service:

Classified as a ‘major service’ this includes:

  • Engine oil and filter change

  • Fuel filter change

  • Transmission oil and filter change

  • Differential oil and filter change

  • Air drier

  • Pollen filter

  • Air filter

  • Tune up (if applicable)

  • Power steering flush and filter

  • Wheel bearing repack (trailers only)

  • Complete vehicle wash (with water access)

Preventative repairs

During any of our scheduled maintenance services, our technician’s will write a complete list of potential future repairs to ensure minimal downtime and best value for dollar. 

Electrical

General electrical repairs including repairing clearance lights, spot lights, LED conversions, trailer lights ect.

Brakes

All brake repairs including shoe and drum replacement, pad and rotor replacements, hub seals, repairs to airlines and valves. 

Additional accessories

We repair additional accessories fitted to your Trucks and Trailers including:

  • 5th Wheels and Kingpins

  • Roller doors (including Todco and Whiting)

  • Tipper systems and general hydraulic

  • Landing legs

  • Curtains

  • Tailgates
